How to Raise the Hyoid Bone
⬥━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⬥

I noticed there is no thread on here explaining this, and if there is it isn't very popular since I couldn't find it, before and after at the bottom
This is also somewhat my first guide so bare with

The hyoid bone is located below your jawline and above the Adam's apple

The appearance of your neck can be a consequence of the position of the hyoid bone

The image on the left displays a women with a "low hyoid" while the women on the right has a "raised hyoid"

The main exercise preformed to raise the hyoid bone is called High-Speed jaw-opening, which who could of guess consists of opening your jaw at a high speed

There was a study then article published by a .gov website that aimed to examine the effectiveness of the exercise, they gathered old men to preform the exercise, result? A vertical raise in their hyoid bone!

This is all the exercise is, open mouth, then close over and over at a high speed

It was preformed 20 times for 3 sets twice a day for 4 weeks

this is the website

Here is my personal before and after from doing this exercise

This was over the course of like a month and already made progress seeing it in pictures and physically feeling it

Here is my hyoid also from a weird angle where you can see the side of it
