Builds up too much hunger until lunch and will cause you to overeat. Just have oatmeal (with low fat milk or water) or omelette or something. Something filling with high amounts of protein and or fiber and avoid dumb shit like pop tarts or just two slices of toast and nutella. Just leaves you unsatisfied and you'll be hungry again within the next hour, if you have a genuinely sustainable breakfast you'll be far less likely to overeat at lunch, and if you then have a sustainable lunch following the same concept you'll be less likely to binge during the night or overeat at dinner. If you must, also have a snack during the day, all as long as it fits into your deficit. Remember, protein and fiber are key to stay full and not overeat.
