make sure to include some form of resistance training, gym or calisthenics it doesn’t matter. just make sure you keep your lean mass on you so stimulate your muscles and eat sufficient protein.🙏

There is legitimately nothing worse than carbs consumption in terms of health

They have ZERO benefits and cause a shitton of problems. Also, “good” carbs are a myth. They all raise your blood sugar, “good” ones are just less bad

There is literally no justification for carb consumption except liking tasty food more than your health

Carbs are useful around workouts to restore glycogen in the muscles and perform better. Carbs should come from boiled potatoes, whole grain, fruits and honey. Nothing more : no bread, no sugar etc...

Buy parrallettes, a pull up and rings. Start bodyweight exercises like hindu push-ups, hindu squats, diamond push-ups, crunches etc

There is no micronutrient found in carbs that can’t be found in meat

Ye, average potato and grain eaters are doing great JFL. If you wanna be bloated and dizzy all the time - they are good. For anything less - they are terrible
