chin implants or sliding genioplasty? consider that I'm gonna do bimax soon; i have already a kind of squarish chin

It depends but i would choose genio ngl

Cuz its your own bone just cut by half or moved forward

I think its swells more then a implant and probably the recovery is longer too so its got the downsides too

But the future infection rate is like almost zero

yeah I mean I think genio could be done with bimax, that's why I'm thinking about it, so wouldn't need another recovery. Individually maybe implants would be better but I still don't know

Sliding genioplasty > implant, especially with bimax bcs it reshapes your own bone and works better for a square chin while implants only add projection.
 
what's better for make the chin more square?
