i heard Accutane was a viable option but i wanna hear abt some other odd things that might help with facial fat. IM ALSO GONNA BE POSTING ANOTHER QUESTION SIMILAR TO THIS SOON.

its cartilage in nose, fat in nose cant and shouldn't be adjusted imo. fat people's nose is the same as when they were not fat

there are ways
"The only fat located in the nose is in the lateral ala, which is composed of fibrofatty tissue. This is not a part of the nose that is typically operated upon. The rhinoplasty procedure is performed to sculpt both bone and cartilage. There is no fat located across the bridge or sidewalls of the nose."

my oil glands??I have also read this:” There's no way to lose weight in your nose alone, but shedding extra pounds can sometimes make your nose appear smaller, especially if weight gain has made it look bigger. Facial exercises also make the rounds as a potential way to slim down the nose.” so i guess j found my answer🤔💭

Accutane can help de-swell the nose, but only if it is swollen due to acne
