my oil glands??I have also read this:” There's no way to lose weight in your nose alone, but shedding extra pounds can sometimes make your nose appear smaller, especially if weight gain has made it look bigger. Facial exercises also make the rounds as a potential way to slim down the nose.” so i guess j found my answer

Accutane can help de-swell the nose, but only if it is swollen due to acne

it also shrinks glands aswell so i might aswell hop on eventually

there is so little fat in noses that it would probably be dangerous to do that tbh
