I was always someone who hated waking up in the morning, wanting to pull a patrick crusius the moment my eyes open up. Honest to god, magnesium and potassium fixed my sleep. Not only do I have better dreams and naturally wake earlier, but I can genuinely feel well rested on 6hrs now. I take around 600mg magnesium and the supplement has potassium as well, which not only helps sleep somehow (because magnesium glycinate alone didn't do it) but it also is useful for debloating, something I struggled with. Do reccomend. Any other tips for sleep? (Besides phenibut lmao)
