Along our bodies exists a set of thin tissue called ๐Ÿ๐š๐ฌ๐œ๐ข๐š, which plays an important part in the mobility of our bodies & our appearance that follows

Tight fascia along the body will improperly tighten the muscles in our face, not allowing for adequate stretching of skin along the skull

People will see wrinkles along different portions of their face thinking that it is a damned sign of aging, when it may actually just be weak mobility of fascia and facial muscles. Ok hereโ€™s my plan: Iโ€™ll stretch my toes out, and walk on rock and walk on concrete barefoot for 10 minutes a day
 

What causes unhealthy fascia?​

  • a sedentary lifestyle
  • poor posture
  • dehydration
  • overusing or injuring your muscles
  • unhealthy eating habits
  • poor sleep quality
  • stress


fixing these would be better than the stuff u mentioned ngl
