Google says HIIT and being lean is directly linked to a natural increase in hgh, I wanna hear opinions from different people though.

I heard from someone that being too lean during puberty can inhibit growth and vital hormone production but they didnt provide evidence so im not sure about this claim

Thoughts?

During puberty you needa eat in a calorie surplus with lots of carbs to fully grow and develop. Working out and getting 9+ hours of sleep can help produce androgens and hgh

An extreme of anything is normally bad
If I remember correctly, the reasoning behind the person saying becoming lean was bad for puberty was that it "increased cortisol and stress on the body" or something, I dont think it makes a lot of sense
