Modafinil is OP as fuck I forgot about that, its really the only "brain enhancing drug" and its not even long term iirc. Maybe the only long term thing could possibly be shrooms due to it evoking plasticity but who knows. I agreed with the OP for the general health shit (eating well, sunlight, sleep, etc) tho
