Is fixing your jawline actually real?

I see gua sha, massaging, potassium intake, and the hammering stuff. Does any of it actually work?
Only losing face fat , having a proper neck posture and minimal hyoid exposition works. Lymphatic drainage is something to try that is inoffensive and may give you results but if you do get results they'll not make such a difference. Bonesmashing, potassium intake and massaging won't do shit for your jawline.
