Is it enough to have a wide back, big chest and shoulders for a good physique?

Asking this because no matter how much i curl for biceps, or do dips for my triceps (even if i do them with tight elbows they are still targeting my chest) my arms still look like twigs :sadge:

Have you tried different approaches for biceps/triceps training ? Biceps are made of multiple small muscles triggered by different stimuluses and angles :
E.g. : The short head is trained by doing heavy close grip chin-up, when your hands reach yout neck, not the side of your chest), by preacher curls etc

The long head is trained with incline curls

The brachialis and brachioradialis are trained with hammer & reverse curls etc

Are weighted decline crunches enough for abs? Also I do train forearms through hammer curls
Well, try to do some shit called "prayer" Depositphotos_113941290_L.webp

This + leg raises are enough for abs hypertrophy. For core strength do direct work for the lower back also
Also I do train forearms through hammer curls
Reverse curls and wrist rollers

Do something else for triceps and curl with a bar
