my maxilla is not that projected and my midface is also like dropping down or smth like it’s long asf i know i need like a double jaw surgery for that but i need to fix my teeth and my palate is a bit narrow too and i have crowding teeth. i want to like improve my side profile more and tell me any other tips that doesnt include surgery things that i can do rn
