What you really wanna monitor is your sodium(salt) to potassium balance.

Should Ideally be 3:1

Bananas + golden kiwis or normal kiwis + mineral rich foods (like specific honeys, nuts), pineapples and pomegranates. Had the tighest and slimmest face for the longest time. Make sure to burn fat tho

Idk if one banana is enough, online on a health website they say 11 bananas for the recommended daily dose of potassium.

My man always said to use potassium chloride as a salt substitute and removing salt chloride from your daily diet 😺

this will do nothing for your electrolyte imbalance if that is the cause of your bloating. you should have balanced levels of electrolytes for optimal homeostasis.
may i ask why you think that 11 fruits (high in fructose and carbohydrates) could possibly ‘debloat’? you are aware that for every gram of carbohydrate consumed the body will retain 3-4 times the weight in water?

She just said that to reach the recommended potassium daily intake you'll neeed to eat 11 bananas which not optimal tho ?

Hence why i said to her potassium chloride is a better alternative to limit sodium use in cooking, as modern diet is already rich in added salt

The DV of carbs is around 275g and the carbs in the things i listed may be an approx like 70g. Easy to burn if you have a fast metabolism and if you do good enough cardio and drink enough water. Also carbs are good for energy and for building muscle (not just protein), therefore fruits are multi-beneficial you could say. THey also give you a good dose of vitamins and minerals which is cruical. I dont really do calorie deficits js cus i burn a lot of fat so it doesnt matter. But i make sure to eat under 1000cal everyday so idk if that counts as a calorie deficit. Tell me if im wrong
