Yes but again you're blaming religion for the bad done by some individuals. The religion itself commands you to respect women and to not r**e them, so you can't blame the religion for the actions of sinners. The clothing part isnt dehumanising, on many reoccurring cases women even in the west report creeps stopped staring at them and approaching them after they started wearing the hijab.
