Hi, I am mascululafla, I am 21y and about 5’6 - 5’7 depending on the time of the day.
Of course the title is just a joke, but I really hope to grow 1-2 inches taller, because my brother is 2 inches taller than me and all the males from my family are taller.
I will update you everytime with what I do in order to grow a little bit taller.
I am looking into a mix of getting some suplements or something like a “stack” (I think that s how it s called) and doing exercises.
I just want to know if someone managed to grow in legs/torso after 18 and how is it possible, besides surgery.
Looking forward to get some good tips!
Also, I am so determined, because I saw people on the internet that they managed to grow after 18, but I am not so sure if it’s possible. That’s why I came here to know other’s opinion about growing taller.
I invented one method that is working.
They said my growth plates were closed when i had 13 years. The medic - she - who said it only saw my hand plate. She said i couldn't take HG because of it and that i would not growth anymore.
But guess what,
i actually increase my height after that.
Now, that is verry important ! ! !
It means that
even if you passed puberty and had a ´´closed plates test``,
you can still grow the rest that is open and it only grows with growth hormony..., therefore, the medics who dont prescribe hg after the close of one growth plates are just incompetent suckers given that you can still growth a open plate with GH after any age with HG stimulus but that is not my method.
Lets talk about my method.

I am currently 20 years old and am trying to increase height with another strategy..., you see, some africans and Asians tribes had tried to expand parts of their body - including bones - and they pulled that off.
Even if they had a poor nutrition...
Much is said about Wolfs law and a guy created a method based on microfracture that envolves exercises that compress the bone.
I SUSPECT THERE IS A MAJOR MISTAKE IN THAT METHOD.
You see,
there is actually another bone modeling law that is quiet important:
Hueter-Volkmann Law
´´ mechanical forces influence longitudinal growth ...
compressive forces inhibit growth``
As you can see,
compressive forces fucking
INHIBIT growth.
And most of the time in that method, the users just walk with a knee weight
putting pressure on the bone and doing exercises like
sprinting and jumping that compress even more the bone but it takes more then 4 months or something for a microfracture to heal and
that mean that they are mostly just breaking the bones while inhibiting the growth.
It would, in thesis, in my recent point of view, be more efficient to NOT COMPRESS THE BONE AT ALL.
So what i am kinda of doing no exercises. I am NOT even stretching.
Stretching is a joke. Its effects would dissapear as fast as you keep 1 minute standing.
Instead i am currently Pulling/Extending my leg with constant pressure of 5 KG weights in each leg during almost the whole day - i am doing university - and did had a medium increase in my height (as we all know already, it fluctuates between when we wake up in the mourning and at night,
mine were somewhere between 1,66 to 1,68 IN THE START OF THIS YEAR but it is currently somewhere between 1,68-1,70).

And i will expand this strategy even more. You see, most bodybuilders become smaller in size after they do too much leg press or hold heavy weights that compress the bone.
But Devon Larrat increased his forearm bone with exercises whose vectors pull it out of the body as my weights do with my legs given that i dont touch the ground.
That could mean that intensive pulling exercises with heavy weights may create their own type of microfractures that is more prone to growth in height then the compressive based ones due to the particular structural change they must form in bones.
That means that if i were to enter a gym, i would only do those kind of exercises and with a verry high intensity.
For now, i am buying a type of elastic band that would make it possible to actively pressure my whole body to expand while i am in bed - just like Rustam Akhmetov.
Tribes have being doing this expand strategy in specific parts of their body for generations, it works, but it may take too much energy, effort and show little results or bring some pain. Particularly, it kind of hurts after many hours using the weights.
i didnt slept with any part of the body being while i hold weight, it is too much inconfortable and i already have difficult in sleeping at the right time, so i take them off.
i am pulling my low leg apart like
10 hours a day and
taking no pills that could be related to HG besides melatonin to sleep better.
