I used to be in an 600 calorie deficit for 4 months, lost like 10 kilos, and then an 1000 one for 2 months lost another 10 and now I need to lose 8 more kilos in like 1.5 months and the quicker the better so I’m at a 1500 cal deficit, I’ll try the chewing gum trick out thoGo gradually don't do a 1k cals deficit just like that, chewing gum does help a bit reduce cravings.
Oh wow, I’ll try that out, seems like a cheat code damndrink lots of lemon because it decreases your hunger hormone ,grehelin. For example, i drank 1lite rof lemon water and only ate 1000kcals when my target is 2000.

protein sludge
non-starchy vegetables
konjac noodles
omad/fasting
0 sugar chewing gum
caffeine (ymmv)
the nuclear option if nothing else works:
glp-1 agonists (mounjy will delete appetite and fatigue if ur doing it right, but sema is good too)
avoid:
dnp (unless you want to fucking die)
reta (unless you dont care it hasnt had long term testing)
mk677 and hgh/hgh secratagogues (they boost appetite)
nicotine (it suppresses appetite but it's shit for u)
