Are calorie deficits bad while still growing? I realized how badly I needed to make a change last week and decided to get minimum 15k steps daily (which has been going very well since). I already lift 4x a week but I think I was fat bc the lack of movement. How long would it take to see results? As for my diet, all I can really say is that I eat pretty regular. Are there anymore things I can do to speed up the process or is there anything I’m doing wrong?

Eat in a 300 calorie deficit and make sure to get your vitamins in and you should be fine
