It depends on how well it was done. I assume you didn't diy, so it's the specialist's fault if it migrates mostly. If he put too much filler in, if he placed it correctly, if deep enough, without going too deep and the literal gel he used. That decides if it'll migrate or not. If you're too facially expresive matters too. I also suggest doing fucking research before having filler or surgeries, you can't revert some of them. Hope this helps : )

also I’m only asking if it does always migrate because as you may know (or not) dermal fillers are products that hold water from your tissue but I guess you’re not aware of that
