Idk how much commisuroplasty costs compared to rhino but your narrow mouth is a bigger flaw than your nose so get that

Big forehead isnt that big of a deal on women tbh

Cover UEE with lashes it isnt hard to deal with as a woman if you js makeup max (or use bimatoprost/oral minoxiidil)

Get contacts/skin bleach for better coloring

You can try fillers to fix your nose bridge @paulyune

Be as lean as possible + take diuretics for last one
Or take fat dissolvers/use a ultrasound cavitation
