How do I reduce facial fat, mostly in the buccal region?
The fat gives me like chubby cheeks and slight double chin.
Even though I'm an ectomorph with my BMI being about 18.5
I'm 18
I don't workout and also I don't have fat elsewhere and lowkey fall under the skinny category.
Pls help

I don't think Aqualyx really works, and in my opinion it's heavily overrated.

As you can see in the image I provided, when using a fat dissolver, whether it's Aqualyx, Lipolab, or whatever, they all mainly target the superficial fat pads that sit in the subcutaneous layer just underneath the skin (the area I annotated with the red circle).
The amount of fat you're actually dissolving is so minuscule that even after it's gone, the aesthetic difference is basically negligible.
It might even make you look worse. As the superficial fat pad is a key contributor to a youthful appearance, and it acts as support for the skin. Dissolving it would lead to more wrinkles and saggy skin.
I think the only real solution is what you said, buccal fat removal. But even most of the time, that "bloaty" look isn't caused by excess fat, but rather it's due to a lack of bone structure.

YOURE NOT LEAN ENOUGH ITS NEVER ENOUGH AND BODY TYOES ARE COPE JUST EAT BETTER AND LESS AND DO MORE VARDIO
