I really want to start chewing hard gum and stuff because of me having a narrow jaw but I have heard that if you have high set massaters that it will just make your face chubby and I’m worried, do I have high set massaters and is that even true?

Training massaters is complete cope it does next to nothing and its a waste of time

High set and low set don't exist at all you just need to keep consistently chewing to grow them also this can be an issue to inward and outwards gonions aswell

Visit a dentist and use a palate expander if you have a narrow jaw , mark as solution
