Midface

Is there anyway to visually shorten the midface? I’m Downgrown and I’m considering an Asian rhino with paranasal implants + infras and mayb malar, but I’m not sure if any of this would compensate for my long midface. Any suggestions (consider Asian pheno not euro)

as you know there isnt an actuall way of shortneing the midface,

the things you mentioned will improve ur looks and i would focus on that, focusing on changing ur midface lenght is a waste of time.
