Do orthodontists generally do MSE for aesthetics or only for functionality problems? And can it worsen my looks if my palate is on the narrower site (but not extremly) or only better it?

Afaik a maxillary expender can be used as a substitute to surgery and has a great number of health benefits, if your palate is narrow it can only better your looks. Give solution, it’s the check on the right.
