What I will start off with is the first phase of my plan… Leanmaxxing.
This will take around 7- 8 weeks, eating -1000 of my maintenance.
Phase two: After Leanmaxxing I plan on refeeding properly eating +100-200 cals every week until I get to my maintenance.
Phase three: focusing on everything else… I’ll be getting hexarelin or HGH (depends on how much money I have during that time) and I’ll focus on the beauty quadrants, neck strengthening, full body stretching, bonesmashing, sleeping a shit ton and eating a shit ton.
After this phase I’ll focus on my health markers. Lol
