I've been drinking only raw milk for the past 6 months. I consume around 2L daily. I only drink water very rarely when I don't have milk and found it to be pretty unappealing now - water strips you of your minerals and runs straight through you so you have to pee every 20 minutes, while milk actually hydrates and absorbs. I love it so much. I should also mention how I source it - I am lucky to live in Germany and to have like 4 farms that sell it directly around me at a 7-15km radius. I just go by bike twice a week and the prices are in the lower range of 1-2€ per liter.
B-But it's really dangerous and ohh you can't drink that because it's full of shit and gives you kidney stones. Shut the fuck up.
It's literally the best and most hydrating thing you can drink. It heals your skin, it heals your gut (especially if you drink it fermented every now and then, so basically just let it sit out at room temp for 5–7 days and let the bacteria in it grow), it nourishes you with raw saturated fats which you can never get enough from imo. My skin is better, my teeth feel better (I almost never brush them anymore, maybe once or twice every 2 weeks max), and my energy is better. (for all you high-"protein"-high-carb-low-fat fuckers out there, good luck because your hormones, cartilage, nervous system and pretty much every organ are gonna need it)
The first week where I started drinking only milk at 1–2L daily, I had some diarrhea the whole time, after that week it settled and hasn't happened since. I think it's because it flushed a lot of existing toxins out of my gut. This is because our stool is one of if not the main way our body detoxes.
Sadly I don't have access to raw butter. I don't want to make my own butter because I see it as a zero sum game -> the fat you take out of the milk leaves the butter milk behind which I don't want to waste. Plus, fat particles and enzymes stay in their natural state anyway. The milk by itself does it just fine for me.
Of course, I wouldn't ever drink anything else anymore. I don't crave carbs like bread/noodles/rice anymore, I'm never extremely hungry anymore and if I feel hunger building, I take a few sips of raw milk and my cravings are gone, and if I have nothing to eat and do eat noodles/bread, my gut feels very awful. I don't know how people still see that slime shit as food. I have cut seed oils, processed stuff, sodas, energy drinks, coffee, basically anything that normies consume on a daily basis. It's all poison in the end.
I also consume raw meat, raw eggs, juicy fruit (no dry shit like banana or apples) which helps a lot as well.
If you have questions lmk.
TLDR: cut water, carbs, seed oil slop and anything cooked for 2L of raw milk a day plus raw meat, eggs, and fruit. Had diarrhea for a week while my gut cleaned out, but now my skin and teeth are better, energy is stable all day, and normie food doesn't appeal to me anymore.
