I have a relatively narrow frame and want to widen it without bulking and putting on excess bodyfat. I have about a 26in waist. I would like to widen my shoulders and wondering if anyone has experience with PED’s and widening your frame/wingspan. What are your recommendations for PED use. (17yo)
