spf 30, retinoids, exfoliation works u can also get treatments done like botox, chemical peels, microneedlinh and fillers

mark solution if this helps👍🏿
If they're not super deep you can either try thick moisturiser or body lotion + seal with pretolium jelly or squalane at night or you could try Glycolic Acid (5 - 10%) and use it 3 - 4 times a week at night. Skin should look smoother in 5 - 7 days. You can also try Retinol body cream 2x a week. If they're quite deep and you're OK with more hardmaxx - ish stuff you could do Botox, microneedling to boost collagen or filler. Definetly stay away from any high % chemical peels or doing Retinol cream more than twice a week becsuse the skin on your neck is very thin and you could risk burning it.

That's probably why you should first keep your neck muscles active and reduce your body fat percentage

Simultaneously use vit c + sunscreen in the mornings, a barrier protective moisturizer at night, and retino as often as you can tolerate
