I'm looking for advice on how to fix the following: eyes that are too round and poor width to height ratio, I have moles, bottom of my jaw is descended even though I have good tongue posture, and height(I'm 5'9 just seeing if i can squeeze out another inch or two). I tried taking off my moles but they just grew back with scar tissue so is there a diy way to remove them or just wait till surgery. Other stuff I haven't tried to improve yet
