when i lay normal, on my back, it feels f****d up. so i try to fix it by laying like the picture i drew, but it makes it feel even worse. it doesn't feel much painful, just f****d up and something seems off/inflamed or something.

feels like something f****d up with my spine/neck area, like my bones out of alignment (not any horizontal side asymmetry.)

do chin tucks and stretch your neck

see a doctor, get xray done
otherwise, try to exercise, from what i understand, you sit a lot all day, and that is not good for your spine. try standing, stretching, exercising, and training muscles in your back and neck
