Hello. I have negative canthal tilt and astigmatism(I wear glasses). I am very complexed by this.
Can canthoplasty surgery fix negative canthal tilt?
Can astigmatism cause negative canthal tilt?

tbh idk much about astigmatism, but canthoplasty surgery can help turn nct into pct

Negative canthal tilt is completely genetic as far as I know. It’s not a problem with your actual eyeballs, rather with how the skin fits around them, there are definitely surgeries that can counteract a negative canthal tilt but they are mostly very invasive (like a facelift), could you post a pic of your eye area?

Your canthal tilt really isn’t super bad, just work on the rest of your face, after some progress come back to it
