Good evening,

I'm 6'5, late 20's, hovering between 290lbs-300lbs (196 cm and 132–136 kg) with crazy belly fat. The rest of my body is somewhat acceptable, yet my stomach is fucking gargantuan. If my stomach was flat, the rest of me would look pretty decent. Everywhere needs work, but my stomach is absolutely the worst.

I'm on week 5 of going to the gym five days per week, hitting a mile incline walk to start then doing 3 workouts of 3sets-12reps spreading out arms, chest, back, legs, and abs each on their own individual day. I have been gaining weight. My diet is a work in progress, but still pretty bad. I struggle to hit high amounts of protein while staying away from fat, sugars, etc.

If there are any questions, please ask. My question is, with the aforementioned information, do you have any advice for me?

Thank you. Very interesting thread. I'm a Planet Fitness f*g right now but will graduate to another gym soon. I'm sure I can make all of those work there.
I think PF is good honestly, it should have all the machines I mentioned but if not, a new gym will suffice
