i think it's probably just the height of your hairline making your forehead look bigger. if it's actually receding, then that's hair loss lol. worst case, you can always get a hair transplant in Turkey

Although my forehead is 2.5 inches and comparison to my facial thirds it's on the slight shorter side even then I got told of big forehead

Bro I actually looked into your forehead thing and you're overthinking it for real. 2.5 inches is mathematically below average, it's literally on the shorter side for a guy. If your friend roasted you, it's just because of your hairstyle: since you style your hair straight up with volume, it exposes your whole forehead and stretches it on camera. The forum guys are right, your hairline is flawless (NW0), stop stressing.
