I am gonna dig my home gym back out and get a new gym pass
Ive been on a 2k a day bulk just to get back up to healthy weight, I think im gonna try to cram 3k cals a day and arn 200g protein
Im a pretty good cook so its wtv but staying on top of energy will be hard, I havent been gym cel for a bit so give me energy tips
and extra ways to cram cals
