Palate expander is the solution to Mewing.


What is Mewing?
By now you guys should allready know the concept of mewing and facial change.

The process of mewing being correct oral posture chaning the face. But the problem arises if you cant put the toungue on the roof of the mouth becasue the roof is too small. The roof of the mouth is needing to be wider as we can see the narrow palate.


Forcing the toungue posture will only make the face look worse and not widen the pallate to the ideal rangae. 40mm +
How can we expadner the palate?
We can use a device called a palate expadner. A palate expander will open the upper maxial,widen the palate and airways. Leading to change in posture and the face. To compstate for lack of air the head would move forward. Now you have more air = better posture of the head. Posture = change in face


How much expandsion should you go for?
About 5mm is a good amount of expanison in the face. This or 8mm in the face. The higher the expandison number the risk of asyterry gets higher but most doctors dont place the device correctly. The effets of expandsion and the results are good.
