My posture is very bad, I am very overwhelmed with back pain and my stomach looks strange, my abdominal muscles are not visible, my ribs are protruding like rib flare, how do I fix this please throw me a video what to do please help me
 
It doesn't get better even if I quit
Could take years to correct itself, I suggest doing heavy weighted squats 3 times a week, and heavy deadlifts every 4 - 5 days, but you wont because most people dont know how to strength train properly.

dynamic stretching my dude, really helped me with the back pain it's very similar to yoga but without the hippie stuff.
