can anyone help me solve my awful posture? i genuinely dont know what its called. its either lordosis or anterior pelvic tilt.
i also have winged scapula and rib flare as you can see. i don't know if that automatically comes with either of these 'conditions' or its seperate but i think it comes bundled together.
i've tried some bs exercises and stuff but nothing helps. i really need help i hate having a hideous posture. my father also has a posture similar to mine and when i asked him he just said that its 'normal' and that its just lordosis but theres no way this shit is normal.

i've had this type of posture for as long as i can remember. from when i was a kid. i always hated it that my belly was sticking out and i only realized the actual fucked up state i am in, just recently.

please share any recommendations on how i can become normal

sorry if the formatting of the post is ass

its an anterior pelvic tilt search on yt for exercise routines to fix it and maybe go to a physiotherapist
