Are magnesium and potassium powder supplements actually useful?
What supplements would you recommend, especially in the summer and to reduce afternoon fatigue?

i dont take supplements at this moment,

i had good experience with increasing my vit d intake trough all means

it made me think more clearly and i have a better mood day around, i also recomend to not take caffeine at all,

it helps to keep ur energy steady

magnesium is great but i would always go for a fruit or meat that is rich in it, bananas for example

yeah magnesium and potassium can help a bit with fatigue in summer especially if u sweat a lot but don’t expect miracles lol. what actually helped me way more was getting full bloodwork done before taking any supplement. check if you’re actually low on something first and then supplement based on what your body/levels actually need

Bloods for supplements is wild
Anything water soluble it’s doesn’t really matter if you take too much anyway, you’ll just pee it out

yeah i was talking about supplements in general. for magnesium and potassium it’s not necessary but fatigue can be a sign of low iron, ferritin or other things and checking that it’s way more useful. for me supplementing the stuff i was actually deficient in helped a lot, and not just with energy tbh, also with my skin and hair

potassium wont do much

as for magnesium i would just do pills

the dosage (about 300-400mg for most ppl) is so low its a lot of work to measure it out

mg glycinate is the best for sure
