yeah i was talking about supplements in general. for magnesium and potassium it’s not necessary but fatigue can be a sign of low iron, ferritin or other things and checking that it’s way more useful. for me supplementing the stuff i was actually deficient in helped a lot, and not just with energy tbh, also with my skin and hairBloods for supplements is wild
Anything water soluble it’s doesn’t really matter if you take too much anyway, you’ll just pee it out
