currently still a teen.
here are some supplements I'm gonna order soon:
  1. creatine
  2. glycine
  3. omega 3
  4. calcium zinc magnesium and d3
all these supplements in my country cost 41.58$ or 33.20£.
Is my choice of supplements any good? any tips guys???

good supplements. i was going to recommend collagen, but then i realized glycine helps make up collagen.
since youre a teen i cant really think of anything else. maybe aromatose inhibitors?

good supps but sleep is most important thing

aromatose inhibitors prevent the conversion(aromatization) of androgens to estrogen. during puberty you want excess testosterone to develop well. estrogen fuses bones, so you will become shorter and your face will be femine and underdeveloped w/ it, as well as gynecomastia. basically aromatose inhibitors prevent that

i get that we should increase testosterone as much as possible during teen years but that stunts growth, no?

also would me taking all these different supplements not cause me to go out twomad style (overdose)?

testosterone does not stunt growth, estrogen does. it is why females are on average shorter than males.
just take the advised dose, you can only get an overdose if you take too much of one specific supplement or if the supplements are too similar.

sleep is so vital for recovery and looking good

about the overdose part. All the supplements i take are similar in the way that they increase my testosterone , hgh and dht (i think). is there any danger if i take the recommended dose of all these different supplements daily? also thanks for the detailed responses dude.

np. i refer to the chemical composition as the similarity. the supplements you listed are not chemically similar (at least not in the way to cause harm). and they are unlikely to interact and cause problems
