THIS GUIDE IS TARGETED TOWARDS PEOPLE GOING THROUGH PUBERTY
If you believe I gave false advice feel free to discuss it, although alot of research went into what I'm about to say. All methods are going to remain non-invasive and natural.
1. HORMONAL MANIPULATION
In puberty your testosterone and igf-1 production increases dramatically and what we do can also affect it. High-intensity workouts increase testosterone and igf-1 production while Low-intensity cardio lowers cortisol (stress hormone) which would clear your acne and motivate your body to produce more testosterone and igf-1
2. PROTEIN AND CALCIUM RICH DIET
During puberty, facial bones are still growing and remodeling, so nutrition actually matters alot. A calcium and protein rich diet allows your genetics and hormones to express their maximum potential. I would recommend fish, chicken, sardines a healthy amount of milk (not pasteurized).
3. BODYFAT
during the early tanner stages of puberty (1-3) you'd want to stay on a near 300 calorie surplus diet which would ensure testosterone production but not too much estrogen, as alot of fat would promote estrogen production and too little fat would lower testosterone levels. When you reach tanner stage 4 you're going to want to start a cut, since your facial structure would be developed by now, so there wouldn't be any need for the extra calories.
4. FIXING HABITS
Bad habits include bad posture, incorrect chewing and swallowing, et cetera. What I did to fix my posture was that I kept holding a "good" posture until the muscles responsible for posture strengthened and that led to a permanent good posture. For chewing, instead of using your molars as usual you're going to want to use your premolars. Food nowadays is heavily processed, so it doesnt stimulate bone remodelling and masetters as much. Chewing on your premolars is going to fix that and it MIGHT also help with CCW rotation. For swallowing you want to chew your food until it's semi-solid then you want to sweep it up with your tongue to your throat, as to not activate the buccinator muscle which will make you look like a bloated chipmunk.
5. SLEEP
This is usually a common subject to talk about and people are sick of hearing of it, but 6-8 hours of sleep is essential for your growth. There's a reason it's talked about to this extent.
6. ENJOY LIFE
A happier easier life results in a decrease in cortisol which would again: clear your acne, increase testosterone.
7. FOCUS ON YOUR PERSONALITY
I know people like to say "it's all about looks" but that's just not true. Looks are an important part of it but in the long run looks won't be your savior. You need to become a charismatic, independent, reliable and easy-going person, so that people would like to be around you, and so that you can bag that htb you've been eyeing the whole semester.

As you can see, there's a clear difference in bone structure that wouldn't have been possible without the methods i provided.
