THIS GUIDE IS TARGETED TOWARDS PEOPLE GOING THROUGH PUBERTY

If you believe I gave false advice feel free to discuss it, although alot of research went into what I'm about to say. All methods are going to remain non-invasive and natural.

1. HORMONAL MANIPULATION

In puberty your testosterone and igf-1 production increases dramatically and what we do can also affect it. High-intensity workouts increase testosterone and igf-1 production while Low-intensity cardio lowers cortisol (stress hormone) which would clear your acne and motivate your body to produce more testosterone and igf-1

2. PROTEIN AND CALCIUM RICH DIET
During puberty, facial bones are still growing and remodeling, so nutrition actually matters alot. A calcium and protein rich diet allows your genetics and hormones to express their maximum potential. I would recommend fish, chicken, sardines a healthy amount of milk (not pasteurized).

3. BODYFAT
during the early tanner stages of puberty (1-3) you'd want to stay on a near 300 calorie surplus diet which would ensure testosterone production but not too much estrogen, as alot of fat would promote estrogen production and too little fat would lower testosterone levels. When you reach tanner stage 4 you're going to want to start a cut, since your facial structure would be developed by now, so there wouldn't be any need for the extra calories.

4. FIXING HABITS
Bad habits include bad posture, incorrect chewing and swallowing, et cetera. What I did to fix my posture was that I kept holding a "good" posture until the muscles responsible for posture strengthened and that led to a permanent good posture. For chewing, instead of using your molars as usual you're going to want to use your premolars. Food nowadays is heavily processed, so it doesnt stimulate bone remodelling and masetters as much. Chewing on your premolars is going to fix that and it MIGHT also help with CCW rotation. For swallowing you want to chew your food until it's semi-solid then you want to sweep it up with your tongue to your throat, as to not activate the buccinator muscle which will make you look like a bloated chipmunk.

5. SLEEP
This is usually a common subject to talk about and people are sick of hearing of it, but 6-8 hours of sleep is essential for your growth. There's a reason it's talked about to this extent.

6. ENJOY LIFE
A happier easier life results in a decrease in cortisol which would again: clear your acne, increase testosterone.

7. FOCUS ON YOUR PERSONALITY
I know people like to say "it's all about looks" but that's just not true. Looks are an important part of it but in the long run looks won't be your savior. You need to become a charismatic, independent, reliable and easy-going person, so that people would like to be around you, and so that you can bag that htb you've been eyeing the whole semester.


I'M NOW GONNA SHARE MY RESULTS BEFORE AND AFTER.

As you can see, there's a clear difference in bone structure that wouldn't have been possible without the methods i provided.

emphasis on the noninvasive and natural i talked about in the beginning

16 yrs old (beginning of looksmaxxing journey) started using sarms+prohormones ab 5 months into lifting. did this until i was 17. 18 was covid year no gym no gear lowkey regressed. at 19 started using steroids and they propelled me up a few points for sure

thank u bro. ppl dont believe me when i say that steroids during developmental years masculinizes the fuck out of you + 100% improves bones. definitely most optimized with igf-1 exposure as well via hgh/igf1/peptides. i did this as well

yeah i fully agree but its illegal as a teen and even if you could get it teenagers usually don't have the money. My guide is fully natural and non invasive and it helped me alot and i hope my ascension motivates others to realize its never over (from sub5 to htn+). 16 of age in the before and after btw not too much of a time difference showing that my methods were indeed not only successful but effective

you should do whatever it takes in order to ascend. the fact that you are incredibly limited on time should create a sense of urgency. by the time most ppl realize that gear during developmental years will permanently boost you so much further than otherwise, itll be too late to reap those rewards. best decision i ever made

Not necessarily. Also nobody is "High T" all the time. Testosterone levels are inconsistent for naturals due to how its released. People appear high t to begin with because of prenatal testosterone exposure and more sensitive androgen response (at the receptor level). A lot of high T looking people actually have low T as a result of aging, lifestyle issues, sleep, or just genetically inconsistent hormone secretion.

Si crees que di un consejo erróneo, no dudes en comentarlo, aunque lo que voy a decir se basó en mucha investigación. Todos los métodos seguirán siendo no invasivos y naturales.

1. MANIPULACIÓN HORMONAL

En la pubertad, la producción de testosterona e IGF-1 aumenta drásticamente, y nuestras actividades también pueden afectarla. Los entrenamientos de alta intensidad aumentan la producción de testosterona e IGF-1, mientras que el cardio de baja intensidad reduce el cortisol (la hormona del estrés), lo que eliminaría el acné y motivaría al cuerpo a producir más testosterona e IGF-1.

2. DIETA RICA EN PROTEÍNAS Y CALCIO
Durante la pubertad, los huesos faciales siguen creciendo y remodelándose, por lo que la nutrición es fundamental. Una dieta rica en calcio y proteínas permite que tu genética y hormonas expresen su máximo potencial. Recomiendo pescado, pollo, sardinas y una cantidad saludable de leche (no pasteurizada).

3. GRASA CORPORAL
Durante las primeras etapas de bronceado de la pubertad (1-3), conviene seguir una dieta con un excedente de casi 300 calorías, lo que garantizará la producción de testosterona, pero no demasiado estrógeno, ya que mucha grasa la promovería y muy poca grasa reduciría los niveles de testosterona. Al llegar a la etapa 4 de bronceado, conviene empezar a definir, ya que la estructura facial ya estará desarrollada, por lo que no habrá necesidad de calorías adicionales.

4. FIJANDO HÁBITOS
Los malos hábitos incluyen la mala postura, masticar y tragar incorrectamente, etc. Lo que hice para corregir mi postura fue mantener una "buena" hasta que los músculos responsables de la postura se fortalecieron, lo que resultó en una buena postura permanente. Para masticar, en lugar de usar los molares como de costumbre, conviene usar los premolares.
