Does jumping around count as cardio? Or biking?

What should I eat for potassium? I'd eat 2 bananas a dau but they have sugar. I already drink a lot of water and I don t like salty stuff

no processed sugars and refined carbs, try a low carb diet and consume lots of potassium rich foods like bone broth

cardio is not defined by a certain movement but rather your heart rate during said movement

note also that it must be a movement you can carry out for a decent amount of time before needing to rest
