Ranking how fun muscle groups are to train
1. Chest
2. Shoulders
3. Back
4. Arms
4.1 triceps
4.3 forearms
4.3 biceps ( not fun at all never trained biceps intensly a day in my life started to because the mass difference is starting to be noticeable)
5. Abs ( i never trained abs but i started since this spring)
6. Legs and glutes
6.1 hamstrings
6.2 calves
6.3 quads
6,4 glutes

my chest, shoulders and triceps are insane , my back is good but i lowkey trained lats really badly for most of my time in the gym which is approx 2.5 years but i’ve had a massive increase in mass for my lats since getting the form down and understanding it my back is still one of my focus points , my biceps are good but they could’ve been twice as big if i trained them properly and actually looked into how to train every head i’m pretty sure thzt in all the time i’ve gone to the gym i didn’t have an excercise to target a certain head and most of my arm size comes from my massive triceps as i still measure at 16+ inches when flexing my bicep so my biceps have turned into a big focus points because i have 0.00001% elite natural genetics for muscle building they’ll catch up in no time , my abs and quads are also a working point and are the hardest for me to actually progress in as i genuinly can’t be asked to train them. Overall my physique is great i have been asked about roids multiple times ‘… be honest do you take test ?’ i just wish i had trained ecerything on the same level from the start

I would personally put back over chest bc I like pull compared to push
