What should i do to get a wider jaw after puberty (im19)
im also struggling to get hollow cheeks
Drinking 2.5 liters of water/day
Running x3 days , sprinting x2 per week and hitting the gym for 3 days per week , and im so lean as a calisthenics athlete, i guess it's abt genetics

for wider jaw masseter training will give results, but expect minimal.
hollow cheeks are mostly genetic, and ur problem i'd say is that ur facial structure is robust, but you lack definition. that's mostly genetics, especially since u said ur already lean.
