What should i do to get a wider jaw after puberty (im19)
im also struggling to get hollow cheeks
Drinking 2.5 liters of water/day
Running x3 days , sprinting x2 per week and hitting the gym for 3 days per week , and im so lean as a calisthenics athlete, i guess it's abt genetics
