Btw guys, you need to actually cut to a low bf% for the fat distribution changes to kick in.
You cannot redistribute fat when you haven’t reached a point when your body needs to take out fat.
As you cut, your body will prioritise the zones sensitive to androgens (so your cheeks blah blah), and then from there on permanently if you gain weight it will store less fat in those specific areas and you will have that roider look like this.
(Keep in mind Arnold’s bone structure isn’t even that great for this type of contour)
