Seriously considering doing a diy surgery- what could happen

Title I'll just buy local anasthesia, medical supplies, douse them in alcohol to prevent infection, do the surgery quickly, stitch things up quick and A. Do it in the ER's bathroom or B. Just do it at a place nearby, (someplace with space that safe) and have someone drive me to the ER.

Which surgery ? Don't you think you're better off getting it from a professional ? While it might be 100 times more expensive I would prefer it over the increased risks of infections and fuck-ups that the DIY option.

The issue is if I did it in the ER bathroom, someone would probably find something in there or maybe blood or see me walk out with a lot of blood, and I could maybe be sent to forced rehab maybe

I don’t know what you’re attempting to do so I don’t know how much blood there’ll be but if it’s a lot.. yes that could very well be a problem. Often when using surgical tools there won’t actually be that much blood because the sharpness (depending on the operation) look into it. Maybe watch the operation happening if possible to see how much blood you should be expecting

there's multiple tutorials online and it takes hours to do it. plus I'd need wrap stuff around well and put cords so blood doesnt spill everywhere. Ive watched a couple of tutorials and holy shit it takes guts to do it, idk if ill be able to.
