Broccoli and asparagus tho nutritious will not be absorbed by our body as they contain various anti nutrients and also defence chemicals, also the excess fiber will cause bloating

Do u know why some people can’t digest it? Is it because their body is different? No, it is because it is not natural to chug protein shakes
 
No point in consuming exogenous collagen
Consume some slight vit C and animal fats instead
Exogenous collagen will contribute to skin health and also reduce wrinkles and possible nasolabial folds
 
Bone broth contains a whole lot of collagen compared to salmon and also salmon may also not be pure and pasture raised. Broccoli is shit, but ya fruits is good.
