Shortening the midface

When I divide my face into three sections, my midface is long—I want to make it shorter—and I want my lower face to be longer. Do you have any recommendations?

it kinda just depends on what the cause of the issue is. a common reason for a long midface is a long philtrum you can do surgeries to shorten philtrum which would also help philtrum chin ratio. if your philtrum is optimal and the issue is your actual midface then you can get surgery to shorten your maxilla.

You say that the length of my nose is caused by the shortness of my philtrum. You say that it might improve even if I shorten my nose.
